With our sound healing, that's what we would love for you to do. Listen to the sound, feel the vibration and take time for yourself.
Sound healing with crystal bowls is a beautiful experience.
We will bring some soft and gentle movement to our body and then I will guide you with some relaxing meditation.
You will allow yourself to feel whatever you need to feel.
With us, is a safe space. All we want is for you to feel comfortable.

Our amazing friends from the 8th day will provide us the space and tea.
Yoga Class & Chakra Check

Join us this Saturday (the 18th of May) for a beautiful morning in the iconic Afflecks in Manchester City Centre.
A 45 minute class with YAS YOGA, followed by a chakra check by the amazing Higher Vibe Tribe.
The Green Bank Gardens will provide hot drinks or smoothies (whatever you feel like that day!!!) and the beautiful room.
Each ticket is £18 and It can be purchased in our website OR in person in the day of the event.
